GSTIN on the invoice
ABC trader is charging GST on the bill but he has not mentioned his GSTIN number on the bill. I have taken service from him and he has charged me GST. What can I do?

you can ask him to change his invoice.
Ask him for GSTN no. & book it Under B2b
Check Out his registration details if He is registered or Unregistered...
If registered then Ask Tax Invoice with details as per Invoice Rule...
If Unregistered then Collect the excess / GST charged amount...

BEFORE i SUBMIT , I DELETE ALL INVOICES, ONE ONLY CANNOT.
