GSTIN delayed. Applied on May3. How to invoice and receive income ? Can i file LUT with just ARN no ? I am doing export of services. Thanks sir :)

It is advisable to visit department and request him to issue RC... Further u may also raise Ur query on department's Twitter account...they are very prompt on twitter

RC means gst registration certificate. Twitter account-gst tech, cbic
