hello ,
I have a registered gst tax payer from 2018. when I go to registration on flipkart as a seller and put my GST number showing message there, this Gst number is already registered. when I contact to flipkart assistance they said the same. where should i complain. should i go for FIR.
Please suggest me.

You might have submitted. Check with Flipkart and find out when was the GST No registered

In my opinion, you Contact to nearby GST Department ( jurisdiction) to you and inform them.

Go to Income tax 26AS and verify the GST turnover in the GST table and verify with your monthly data

Check whether the user ID and password available with you is working or not. If its working then check the phone number and email on primary authorised signatory belongs to you or not. If no then get it changed, if yes then change the password of the GST portal.

Check all your returns from your books of accounts whether they are matching or not. Check TCS claimed returns in your return section whether any entry is coming from flipkart. If yes then check whether you have done the same.

Advise you to engage aconsultant for all this verification if it seems difficcult to you.

Generally you need seperate GST registration to deal with Flipkart/ Amazon etc ( E-commerce operator)

Hope you are sure that you have GST registration and you want update it on Flipkart website.

You or your staff might have submitted it recently. If you try again then it will show already registered
