If both goods/service provider & receivers are NOT registered under GST & if I receive Rent of Rs 6,300/- per month, what will be position under RCM of GST ? As both are below GST registration limits ?

If both party not required to register under GST AND one party received Rent from other party Than No GST APPLICABLE ON RENT RECEIVED
as turnover also does not exceed the basic limit so no GST.
