Do i need to pay GST under RCM? What is the minimum amount of rent below which RCM not applicable?

Yes. You need to pay under RCM....
No more limit.
But, Allowed Rs.5000 per day expenses. I think Commercial Rent not affected in this category....
so for example im paying monthly rental of say rs. 20000 i dont need to pay GST under RCM! RIGHT?
No... You can pay under RCM for every month at the time of Books of accounts....
