GST under RCM on Transfer Pricing

Dear Sir,

We re-imburse some charges to our Abu Dhabi Branch.  They share the Debit Notes in their local currency.

My question is, Is there GST under RCM applicable on this transaction.??

if yes, what is the HSN/SAC Code and what is the rate of GST Liability??
