do we need to pay GST under RCM on import of services for example Linked in subscripttion?
if answere of above yes then can we claim ITC on it?

Yes rcm is Applicable on import of service and you can claim itc
Yes ,as per Notification 10/2017 IGST rate , RCM is applicable & you can claim ITC for the same
