GST under RCM applicability if have more than one supplies ??

Whether GST will be applicable if I am "cloth trader" and 'rented house which is used for business purposes'. And turnover from clothing is 50Lakh and from rented house is 3,00,000.
And I am a registered person under GST.
1.Whether GST applicable on rented house ?
2. Rent payer have to charge GST on RCM basis ?
According to me GST under RCM not applicable if person is registered as per section 9(4).
Can any confirm this ?
