if anyone having rental income with trading of goods then what tax rate will be applicable in composition scheme rental income 3 lacs,business turnover 30 lacs purchase,35 lacs sale

liable to deposit 1% on turnover (Rental + Trding)
if opted composition scheme under Notification 2/2019 CT (r)
liable to delosit GST 6% on turnover (Rental + trading)
