Gst tran-1 due date of filing?

Hi All,

I want to ask what will be the due date of filing TRAN-1 FORM.

Scenario 1- I have filed TRAN-1 FORM alreadyon SEPTEMBER 1,2017,what will be my due date for revision and how many times can i revise?

Scenario 2-I have not filed TRAN-1 FORM yet. what will be the due date of filing TRAN-1 and can i revise after filing?

Some say its September 28th ,some say its October 31st.Hope I get a clarification here.My friend has sent me the attached document regarding the subject matter. Have your views.

Hi,

Due date for filing Tran-1 is 31st Oct 2017.

Scenario-1 - You can revise the Tran-1 form which you have already filed and due date is 31st Oct 2017.

Scenario 2 - Due date will be 31st Oct 2017 and you cannot revise.
