yes you can claim the gst tds...... the moment you accept it and file your tds return under gst..... it will be reflected in your electronic cash ledger and you can utilize the same for discharging your output tax liability....
Yes you can claim..you have to file tds and tcs return .. after filing amount will automatically transfer to cash Ledger
