We are providing air tickets to government organization, the government organization pay to us ticket cost (which includes airline GST) and our service charge. Though we have given GSTIN of government organization to airline, so that airline GST set off can be claimed by government organization.
So now my question is government organization will deduct TDS on whom us or on airline?
Government will tds under section 194 H on commission given to air travel agent and not airline company.
