GST TDS for the February 2020

As Such there is only Press Released on 14/3/2020 in reqard to extension of due date for Gstr3b for Feb to April .

Hence there is no information extension of Due date for GSTR 7 , Moreover the last date of same was 10/3/2020 .
As per above press release , time limit for any compliances under GST law where the limit is expiring between 20th march to 29th June 2020 shall be extended to 30/6/2020

Due Date for filing GSTR-7 for the month of February 2020 was "10.03.2020". No extension is given with regard to February's month GSTR -7. Hence, if you haven't filed it within 10.03.2020, then you have to file it now with the applicable Late Fees levied under Section 47(1) of the CGST Act 2017.

However, the due date for filing FORM GSTR-7 for the month of March, April and May 2020, has been extended to "30.06.2020."

As per Notification No. 35/2020 - Central Tax, dated 03.04.2020, the due date of all the compliances falling between 20.03.2020 to 29.06.2020 stands extended to "30.06.2020." Hence GSTR-5, GSTR-6, GSTR-7, GSTR-8 extended due date is 30.06.2020.
