whether the rate of tax of 1 percent specify in sec 52 (tcs) is cgst or sgst or a combination of both?

i meant to ask that whether such tcs rate 1 percent is bifurcated to.0.5 to cgst n 0.5 to sgst or it is single rate to govt
It's single rate to Deposit in TCS. So, No way for split / to GST.
