Can I apply for composition ?.
can we treat outdoor catering like hotel's ?.

Outdoor catering is supply of service, cannot opt for composition, GST rate chargeable is 18%

I agree with Mr. Zafar. The composition scheme is available in terms of section 10(2)(a) of CGST Act.

Dear Mr. Zafar & Mr. Ramesh ,As per section 10(2)(a), A person engaged in the supply of service is not eligible for composition scheme. Please read section 10(2)(a) again.

This exception available only for restaurant business not for outdoor catering business.

Rate is 18%, you can't apply for composition scheme... Can't treat outdoor catering as normal hotel business...
