Invoice should be issued in the Legal Name or Trade Name since sometimes both can be different?

It is better if invoice should be issued in the legal name of entity

Majority times Invoices are in the name of Trade name only.
So you can issue invoices in Trade name also.
Either way both are Valid Invoices
