it's not GST tax audit.its GST audit under section 35(5) with reco of f.s & GST annual retunr

As per Rule 80(3) CGST Act , Only CA can file form 9C (GST Audit)

As per the Provision of SECTION 35(5) of CGST ACT 2017 read with Rule 80(3) of CGST Rules 2017, a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/COST ACCOUNTANT can do GST Audit and file FORM GSTR 9C ( Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report ).

if your t/o exceeds 2 crores, must be audited by CA or CMA and file the audit report in gstr-9c
