Gst Supply or Not
As a building under construction is subject to GST on the sale of flats or units being constructed,does this apply even after the completion certificate is issued?I mean if a site under construction comes under the purview of supply does and flats are sold under GST supply.For the same building is GST applicable for the unsold flats when completion certificate is issued?
