GST website is not opening after login. I have been trying to login since last one hour. Anyone facing same problem?

Still Not giving stable Site . From the morning to still now (2.18 pm 22-09-2017)i am unable to login But Govt is charging Late Fees. Very Good Attitude.
The site in not working and Gov. charging late fees for each day what a shame we are wasting our time worth thousands of rupees but who cares and they aren't even interested of intimating so that we can do some other work.
Taxpayers who have not set-off their liability for GSTR-3B for July 2017 and have only done "Submit"of their GSTR-3B have been given option to edit, submit and file their Returns.
