05 September 2017My client is a job worker on textile product. Hence is SAC code should be 998821. But when I am trying to register for GST the code is not showing. Its showing "No Record Found". What to do under such circumstances. Plz help.

You can't use above said code in GST registration. Bcoz, SAC codes not updated.
You ll be use following codes...
| Other taxable services | 00441480 |
| Maintenance or Repair Services | 00440245 |

Thanks for your reply. But If I select 00441480 can I charge @ of 5%. ??

Hello Dear Sudipta.,
Not available for 99 series in GST portal as SAC code. You can use only 0044 series...

If Your Job work is 5% under GST then you can charge @ 5%...
