My small manufacturing firm is under Composition levy under GST Registration.
I like to know is it compulsory to file GSTR-4 even if my annual turnover is less than 10 lakhs

Yes , You have to file GSTR4 Annual return , It's compulsory .

Yes, it is compulsory to file GSTR-4 (Annual) even if your turnover is very low. Every taxpayer who has opted for the composition scheme under the GST regime must file GSTR-4.
