can I apply 2 registrations in 2 states is there any provision in One Pan card please tell the g.o or rule

yes you can apply. with the same pan card
as per cgst act 2017 you can take registration business wise or state wise.
you can take more than one registration as segment wise also in single state with same Pan no.
if you have business in multiple state and your aggregate turnover is above the limit then you take multiple registration on compulsory otherwise voluntary. until and unless specified otherwise in law
