Is it necessary to pay gst on reverse charge or we can set it off from input gst

Gst on RCM shall be paid in cash and then take input. u cant set off same by ITC

No the RCM liability cannot be adjust againt input , has to be deposited to avail ITC

gst liability arised due to rcm has to be paid mandatorrily without being set off.
