GST Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) further Deferred/ Suspended till 30 June 2018 in line with GST Council recommendations dt. 10 March 2018

RCM u/s 9(4) is suspended only while this two services are covered under Sec 9(3)...
so you have to pay tax on it also.....

Yes section 9(3) was never being suspend,
GTA & advocate services fall under the same hence RCM is applicable
