We are engaged a construction business. In 1 project we got CC. Now how to calculate Gst credit reversal on unsold flat

When the unsold flat is sold then only you can reverse GST in proportion to ITC avail on that particular flat
can any one provide calculation for Gst reversal on unsold flat
