The limit is Rs. 2 crores only Ma'am... No changes made by the government regarding Form GSTR-9C for FY 2019-20.

It's Notification No. 16/2020 - Central Tax, dated 23rd March 2020 Ma'am. You can refer this notification. The CGST Rules was amended vide this notification and a PROVISO to Rule 80 sub rule (3) was inserted to give effect the above decision of incresing the limit to Rs. 5 crores.

So as of now no relaxation are provided for FY 2019-20 GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C right ???
