Gst returns pending

2 years gst returns pending
now going to filing gst returns
10000 late fees shown
but amnesty scheme not reflected gst returns what is the problme ??

It's already generated before the order of the amnesty scheme.
Technically -On the site, the maximum amount shows.

Better, approaches the department.

In term of Notification 19/2021 CT :
yes the amnesty scheme is applicable for July 2017 to April 2021 .
If Nil return : late fee Applicable 250/- per Return .
If not Nil return : late fee Applicable 500/- per return.

There is late fee Applicable but it's fixed to 250/- & 500/- per return .

Note : Scheme is applicable till 31/8/2021

Pankaj rawat our client gst suspended sumoto basis. now what to do ........ when i go to filling gst returns monthly 5000 each late fees are coming .. how to avoid that late fees any aptions..??

even though your client GSTN has be cancelled , the late fee must be applicable as per the Notification 19/2021 only.
So better , to contact to your Tax Jurisdiction Officer in this regard.
