what are the difference between Gstr3 and gstr3b?

Gstr 3 is in which Data of GSTR1 & Gstr2 get autopopulated & the any tax liability or refund is arise

3b return is provisional return to compute any tax liability or refund monthly

As GSTR3 was not started so the 3b was implemented
