I would like to ask you that if a person gets itself migrated into New Gst Regime that will it be mandatory for him to file all the 37 returns in year.
Provide me clear view in these two cases
• person dealing in B2B
• person dealing in B2C

Yes, You can migrated/registeted as regular dealer under GST you must returned above 37.

But, You ll file GSTR1 in your end is must. Other two FORM is filed your supplier end then you ll be correct and accepting status only...

we are the service providers so what if after getting registred under gst we dont file all the 37 returns ? what wil be consequnces for the same ?
