ek client hai jinke gst return july 17 se due hai... toh unke jo bill hai purchase k jo 2A me show ho rhe hai
unki itc ab claim kr skte hai kya... kyunki claim krne ki toh time limit next sep. 3b hoti hai na?? isme confusion hai

Amnesty scheme does not mention anything about ITC. As I understand, ITC cannot be claimed as the time limit has already been over.

No. You can not avail ITC on above transaction.
