If mistakenly a supplier has missed an invoice and added missing amount in outward sales in gstr-3b and paid the taxes and filled the return.
Now when gstr-1 is filled also missed the invoice nd receiver updated the gstr-2 nd gstr-3 is calculated acc to gstr-1 nd gstr-2 do they need to pay extra tax or not ?
if yes do they have to pay the late fee too or not ?

Yes paid extra tax with interest @ 18% p. A
@ Dear Ambris Pande.,
What amount you paid at the time of filing GSTR 3B...

If you paid as per your return then you want to pay the extra amount with interest...

If you paid as per your transactions then no need to pay any amount....

GOOD LUCK...
Dear RAJA,
By mistake missed one sale invoice which was later added by the receiver in his gstr-2 which will be filled as soon the notification to file gstr-2 comes.
Now in final gstr-3 there will be a mismatch of one invoice value and tax, from 3b.
So in that case what will be the outcome regarding payment of extra tax ??
Liability as per gstr 3 is final.. And pay tax as per GSTR 3 IF not paid earlier tax in respect of that missing invoice
Yes... I agreed with Mr Divakar.,

Pay your liability with interest...
okay so for the missing invoice after the final gstr-3 has been made have to pay the remaining tax with interest which is 18%, correct ?
Yes... You are exactly correct...
