agar chicken shop ka turnover above 70 lakh hai.. to gst registration karna padega ya nahi ?
IT return file kiya hai..gst 0% hai.

To nil rate ko gst registration karna padega ya nahi.. B coz turnover is 70 lakh..

As per notification 2 /2017 dated 28 / 6/2017 , chicken is under exempt supply , so as per section 23(a) of the CGST act 2017 ,for exempt supply gst registration not necessary. you have confirm with others also .

No need to take GST registration as chicken is completely exempt under GST.

Nahi Lena padega kyunki agar sirf exempted goods me deal karte hai to GST registration lena compulsory nahi hai.
