Dear Experts,
A person already have GST registration for their IT service business, and side by side he also sale products as intermediator . He receives order for products like Vestige etc. he receive payment from customer in his saving account and he pay to the agent for that product ,and product directly dispatched to the customer home address. for example he received Rs. 100 from customer and he pay Rs. 90 to the agent of Vestige and he keep Rs. 10 as commission or profit, and agent directly dispatch the product to customer home address.
My query as follows.
1. Till now he has received 20 lakhs in his saving account. can he use saving account for these transaction?
2. Does he need to show these transactions in GST return?
3. He does not raise any invoice to the customer and also he does not get any invoice from agent, is it ok?
4. Does these activity consider as trading or what?
