but all government departments are register under the gst tan based , the government departments are register under the tax deductor gst. so than tan based gstn not found the gstr1 return forms for b2b sales
YA SAME PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERED TODAY.
IN THIS CASE ASK GOVT DEPARTMENT TO GIVE REGULAR TAXPAYER GST NUMBER OTHERWISE SHOW THE SALES IN B2C COLUMN.
