gst return filing problem?

we have to pay 38000 gst in which 19000 cgst and 19000 sgst but unfortunately we pay 19000 cgst and 19000 igst, so should we get our money back for paying igst? what is the process for correcting this?

you should pay 19000 Sgst in this month,then u can utilize igst amount for next month

it will be kept in your CASH LADGER 19000 IGST and to be refunded . . . or U can utilize such amount in next upcoming month s . .

sir we submit gst two days later so we recommend to pay late fees of 400 rupees but instead of paying fees we pay it in penalty option, so is it okay or we have to convert this into late fee option?
