I have filed gst return on gst number of partner instead of gst number of partnership firm

Yes, you can make adjustment of those in Next 3B return. For example if in 3B if you shown ISGT in outward taxable column more than what actually is..then in 3B of next return show IGST after deduction amount which exceeds the actual amount.
