Gst return by contractor
in case of govt contractor how to file gst return as the payment is made in part and invoice for the same is the raised by govt so how to file gst return.

Under GST law, tax is to be paid when goods/services are supplied. actual collection oy money is not relevant here
If amount is credited to the account then liability to pay gst arise or not....
