As per GST Certificate Date of Liability 20/06/2020 and Date of issue of Certificate on 22/07/2020 than return 01st Qtr ka Jayega or 02nd Qtr Ka

You apply GST number on voluntary basis or compulsory (i.e other than voluntary basis) basis..?

If Voluntary basis...than From Q2
If Mandatory basis..than From Q1

Check your log in , if it showing Return filing status for June, THEN you have to file for the same.
