Who can file the ,GST RETURN,is it mandatory reserved for GSTP only

Any one can file on behalf of Registered Person.

No restriction such as only GSTP should file. anyone can file. CGST rules say even if GSTP files the taxpayer is only responsible for furnishing returns.

There are no restrictions on who can file a GST Return.
