Reverse Charge Mechanism (in case of supplies made by unregistered persons to registered persons) to be applicable from 1st October 2018
Previously, this provision was applicable from 1st July 2018.

pl note that the above notification refers only RCM deferred to till 30-09-2018, as of now no notification provided by GST offcials RCM effective from 01-10-2018.
