Gst requirement or not for below 40lakhs in handloom saree

Hi 

I m Raghu i am manufacturing handloom saree's and my turnover is 31 lakhs pa and already registered gst composition dealer but now gst limit 40lakhs if continues we need to pay GST or not i need to pay gst1% on 31lakhs r not plz suggest me
