gst required or not
I am having gstn on my mother's name and a readymade garment shop on her name ..my annual turnover is below 20 Lacs ..so should I keep gst or cancel it?one more issue is it gst necessary for transportation interstate .

If you are selling goods within state, or no interstate supply then you can surrender GSTIN. As new limit for only goods supply is 40 lakhs.
