Question:- Q started a cement business on 5th April 2021. Then August 29th the turnover of business exceed 40 lakhs and applied for Registration
Situation 1:- if Q applied registration on sept 9th ( with in 30days of liabile) and from which date sales will be applicable to Gst calculation
Situation 2 :- if Q apllied registration after 30 days of liabile for registration and gets registration, from which date sales will applicable to Gst?
Basically gst liablity arises once limit of 40 lakh is crossed
