We are exporter of scarves & readymade garments and we get 100-200 scarves as a sample for meeting in India or abroad. In above case some times sample return and some times given to parties, whart treatment under gst, plz advice us.

The input tax credit relating to such scarves given as free samples would need to be reversed.
