Is Restaurant attached to Hotel or It is standalone restaurant ?.

Then you can take regular registration , however for restaurant tax will gst 5 % with no ITC .
for Hotel 12% ,18,%.

As per section 17 (5) (d) of the CGST act 2017 ,its block credit , you can not take input tax credit .
