gst registration required?
a new currypowder production unit may turnover far below 40L. need registration with Gst? or irrespective of turnover in case of production unit? plz reply..

No registration required if you are from ,,,, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Delhi, Bihar, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Goa, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, J&K, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal; as these States who opted for a new limit of Rs.40 lakh.
from Kerala. here threshold limit 20L. ? if so then turnover below 20L, so curry powder production unit not required Gst regn. am I right?
