GST Registration Related
Sir one of my client had taken service tax registration in 2005 but neither he submitted any return nor charge service tax in bill now is it possible to take fresh gst registration as he did not miggrated till date pl suggest

No if you are already registered under ST then migrate first for getting register under GST.

i received my provisional id from state vat but I forgot to add my service tax registration in the enrolment application.
