GST registration rejected no reason mentioned

GST registration application was rejected by State Officer. Reason for rejection not mentioned in Notice. Can we file registration application again? Since State government officer seems to be avoiding granting new registration,

Is there any way by which the registration application is assigned to Central government officer?

Also whether Consent letter from owner + Latest Property tax receipt are enough proof for Principal place of business?

You can apply for New Registration
and the above documents are enough for Business Address

PAN of owner is also required

You can or call cbec Mitra toll free number n says the difficulty you facing they will here n by midnight your registration will be done

You can visit GST office for reasons of cancellation of registration

It's better to apply for a new GST Registration again...

However the grounds/ reason for rejecting the application for new GST registration by the GST Officer needs to be mentioned in the Order i.e. FORM GST REG-05.

So as per my opinion, you should apply for a fresh GST Registration again with the proper documents. If the problem still persists ( again gets rejected by the PO ), then you can file an appeal to the Appellate Authority using FORM GST APL-01.
