GST Registration - Principal place of business documents

Hi, I have applied for gst registration in bihar state.

Received Notice for Seeking Additional Information / Clarification / Documents relating to Application for Registration

"Principal Place of Business - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - Pls upload NOC/consent
letter on stamp paper and also upload current property tax receipt with respect to business premises."

#NOTE: Now I'll give consent letter on 100 rs stamp paper.

*Problem- Registered office is my residential house and want to use as a registered office. 'In villages no property tax applies on residential house.' What should I do? I can't arrange property tax receipt.

Please help.

Then give simple reply about issue of your property tax recipient and upload alternative document of business place like Index copy/light bill.

Thank you for reply, please clarify

1. Electricity bill should be on name of company? I have electricity bill on my father's name.

2. What is the method of reply about issue? I have to simply type and reply or all answers should be on stamp/ affidavit?

1)No it is not mandatory that ele bill on company name.
2)ele bill is on your father name then you need to type consent letter that your father is give property to you for your business purposes on 300₹ stamp paper if you want sample of consent letter then drop mail on gstinfo.surat @ gmail.com I will provide by tomorrow.
3) In reply no need to affidavit simply write your reply on gst site directly

Take consent letter from your father and also upload electricity bill in the name of your father bearing address where you want to take registration.

I had given consent letter on plain paper, they are asking on stamp. 100rs stamp will be valid in bihar?

I had already uploaded electricity bill on my father's name, they are asking for current property tax receipt. I DON'T HAVE PROPERTY TAX RECEIPT, BECAUSE REGISTERED OFFICE IS OUR RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AND PROPERTY TAX IS NOT APPLICABLE IN VILLAGE HOUSE. WHAT TO DO?

The PPOB is shared with another unit in the same premises. Please upload documentary evidence showing demarcation of sharing of space of both the units duly signed by authorized signatories of both the units.
