Initially they asked for ownership proof.I submitted electricity Invice. After that 7 + days have passed what may be the reason ? Is it that concerned nodal officer wants bribe ??

Sir, If no rent consent letter is sufficient. There is a delay in processing of replies of SCN to the proper officers due to heavy load of server or technical problem. Once your reply processed to the officer it will be approved or rejected with in 7 days otherwise it will be deemed approved. Here is purely technical issue. So many new Registration applicants are facing this inconvenience.
